How to play the Halo theme on Saxophone

On this page, we'll be learning how to play the Halo theme on Alto Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Baritone Saxophone or Soprano Saxophone!

The music for Halo: Combat Evolved, the first game in the Halo series, was composed by Martin (Marty) O'Donnell along with Michael Salvatori. The title piece was the first one O'Donnell composed, and it was used for the game's announcement in 1999. He wrote and recorded the song in three days, with the chanting voices provided by Salvatori and three of their colleagues. This legendary piece gave the Halo series its "signature sound" which has continued to be heard in subsequent titles. It was released on the Halo Original Soundtrack (OST) in 2002.
