The music for the Avengers films was composed by Alan Silvestri, who also composed the beloved soundtracks for Forrest Gump and the Back to the Future series. He came up with the iconic Avengers theme by combining the heroic sounds of low brass with the urgency of string ostinatos. The Avengers Theme has gone on to be heard at key moments in the Avengers series: Avengers (2012), Age Of Ultron (2015), Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019).
